When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name and email address (provided at checkout via Gumroad)
- Your handwriting sample — a photograph you send to us by email
- Payment information — processed and stored by Gumroad, not by us directly
- Any additional information you choose to share with us by email
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Deliver your personalised handwriting analysis report
- Communicate with you about your order
- Respond to any questions or follow-up requests
We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
Your Handwriting Sample
Your handwriting sample is confidential. It is used only to prepare your report and is not shared with any third party. You may request permanent deletion of your sample at any time by emailing sapana@soulscriptandco.com. We will delete it within 7 days of your request.
Data Storage
Your email and order details are stored by Gumroad, our payment and order management platform. Their privacy policy is available at gumroad.com. Your handwriting sample is stored in our secure email system and deleted upon request.
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.

By purchasing a report from Soul Script & Co., you agree to the following terms. Please read them before placing your order.
The Service
Soul Script & Co. provides personalised handwriting analysis (graphology) reports written by Ms. Sapana Jain, a certified graphologist. Each report is based on the handwriting sample you submit after purchase.
Important: Handwriting analysis is a tool for personal reflection and self-understanding. It is not a clinical, psychological, medical, or legal assessment. Reports from Soul Script & Co. should not be used as the basis for hiring decisions, medical diagnoses, relationship decisions, or any other consequential judgement. For matters of that nature, please consult a qualified professional.
Your Responsibilities
To receive your report, you agree to:
- Submit a clear, well-lit photograph of your natural handwriting on plain unlined paper within a reasonable time after purchase
- Provide genuine handwriting — your own, written naturally, not copied from print or deliberately altered
- Provide a valid email address where your report can be delivered
Delivery
Reports are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your handwriting sample. Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will notify you by email.
Intellectual Property
Your report is written personally for you and is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or publish any portion of your report without written permission from Soul Script & Co.
Limitation of Liability
Soul Script & Co. and Ms. Sapana Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on your handwriting analysis report. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your report.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality and care that goes into every report. Our refund policy is simple and fair.
Delivery Guarantee
If your report is not delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your handwriting sample, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at sapana@soulscriptandco.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through Gumroad.
Quality Concern
If your delivered report feels genuinely inaccurate or does not reflect your handwriting, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:
- Redo your analysis from a new handwriting sample, at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if you prefer
We ask only that you give us the opportunity to make it right first.
What We Cannot Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- You did not submit your handwriting sample after purchase
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- The report was delivered on time and you disagree with the analysis on a personal basis — graphology is interpretive and results vary by individual
How to Request a Refund
Email sapana@soulscriptandco.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
